Hi, I’m Tracy — the founder of Flourishing Families, where I help parents prepare for birth, postpartum, and the real costs of growing a family with clarity and confidence.

My path to this work began when I became a mom myself. I spent countless hours trying to understand insurance coverage and hospital billing during my pregnancy, and even with all my research, I still missed important details that cost thousands of dollars. In those early postpartum weeks, I wished I could have focused solely on bonding with my baby instead of untangling medical bills. That experience inspired me to create resources that make the financial, emotional, and educational sides of the perinatal journey easier for others.

Now, as a Maternal Child Health Professional, childbirth educator, and Certified Lactation Support Provider, I help families navigate everything from insurance terms to evidence-based birth choices and lactation support. My background in communications and maternal-child health case management allows me to translate complex systems into clear, empowering guidance.

Through Flourishing Families, I offer practical tools like my How to Pay for Childbirth e-book, as well as upcoming e-courses in childbirth education and lactation—all designed to help you make informed decisions and feel supported every step of the way.
